During Easter, Try This…

Dear Business-owner,

We know that the past year has been hell in terms of sales if you were offline. Easter is just around the corner, and our beloved country has entered yet another lockdown… At this point in time, you have two options; you can either sit back and grieve for your lost sales or you can get up and start optimising your business model so that it can thrive under any situation. This is the perfect time to reflect on what has worked the past year and what didn’t.

Some companies have even expanded during Covid. What’s their secret, you ask? Well, it’s not really a secret but more of an investment. For example, one of our customers, CP Herbalist, launched their e-commerce platform on the first day of lockdown back in May 2020. This has given them the opportunity to continue serving their customers and keeping in touch through an online environment. Needless to say that they have increased their sales by 300% ! If you’d like an example from an international scale, take Domino’s (yes, the pizza giant!) In the mid-2000s, Domino’s faced serious problems and was about to face closure. Then, after perfecting the quality of their products, the pizza giant decided to go online… and the rest is history. They have managed to increase their stock price from 3.87USD to 401.03USD as of today. Talk about expansion, huh?

Companies, such as Domino’s, that were near closure have managed to rise from their ashes and thrive in the ever-changing global digital economy. The power of the internet is here and it’s changing the lives of millions, including yours. At this stage, we need to be strong, ambitious and proactive. Adapting to today’s technological advancements is key for your long-term success. After all, change is the only thing that’s constant. The future is online.

In the spirit of Easter, we’d like to wish you much success both in your professional and personal life and above all health for you and your loved ones.

Yours truly,

Cybeem Team
